DENVER – Auditor Timothy M. O’Brien, CPA, today shared his condolences to the family of former Denver Auditor Mike Licht who passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at age 87 at his home in Boulder.
Born in 1931, Licht served as Denver Auditor from 1983 to 1987, and he also served another 15 years as the city Assessor. Altogether, Licht served the City and County of Denver for 29 years before establishing a private appraisal firm.
“Former Auditor Licht served the City and County of Denver for many years and in many roles, “Auditor O’Brien said. “I wish to recognize his work and service to Denver, as well send our support to his family members at this difficult time.”
Private family graveside services will precede a service in celebration of Licht’s life on Sunday, March 31 at 11:00 a.m. at Congregation Har Hashem, 3950 Baseline Rd, in Boulder.
