Lead Prevailing Wage Analyst
The City and County of Denver Auditor’s office is seeking a Lead Prevailing Wage Analyst. Under the direction of the Prevailing Wage Enforcement Supervisor, this position performs permanently assigned lead work over professional Prevailing Wage Analysts. Provides area or project management, while performing prevailing wage compliance audits for the Auditor’s Office, which includes auditing contracts, payrolls, rates, and financial records; preparing case files and conducting field inspections and investigations.
Prevailing Wage Analyst

Under the direction of the Prevailing Wage Enforcement Supervisor and a Lead Prevailing Wage Analyst, this position performs full performance professional level audits, oversight and monitoring of contract compliance for ordinance 20-76.
Prevailing Wage Technician
The City and County of Denver Auditor’s Office is seeking a Contract Compliance Technician, supporting the Prevailing Wage Division. In this Prevailing Wage role, this position performs support for investigations, and oversight and monitoring of contract compliance and performance requirements, to include prevailing industry practice for compensation of similar trades, goods and services, and evaluation of overall vendor performance. Monitors contract compliance and/or contract financial performance to verify contract terms, services to be provided, and payment schedules and reviews contract and/or payment process.
